Digital transformation roadmap
Lead a Fortune 500 through an end-to-end digital transformation programme.
Tech case interviews from top consulting firms. Practice reps without the search.
Seventy-three real cases from eight top firms. The interviewer questions weak structure on the spot, then scores you the way a partner actually would.
Your first case is free · no card required
Should DataCo build or buy its analytics platform?
CostUpfront capex vs ongoing opex — model both over three years before you commit.
The platform
Frameworks, live practice, and scoring — focused on the tech engagements consulting firms actually interview for.
Learn structured problem-solving through hands-on tech cases — build-vs-buy, IT cost optimisation, digital transformation — not generic market sizing.
Hand-waving gets caught. The interviewer probes your logic mid-answer and scores each turn against partner-level expectations.
Tailored to how McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, and PwC actually run tech engagements.
See your improvement across structure, math, and communication with clear scoring.
Practice alongside a network of candidates targeting tech consulting roles.
Tech case studies
Practice with cases inspired by actual tech consulting engagements. Each comes with a structured solution path and AI scoring.
How it works
A real published case from the firm you're targeting, delivered like a live interviewer would.
The AI pushes back, asks for numbers, and challenges weak logic — no hand-waving allowed.
Strengths, red flags, and a 0–100 score against the firm's own rubric.
I'd structure this in three parts:
“Strong structure. You quantified the channel economics and flagged cannibalization early — exactly what a partner listens for.”
Interview preparation
From frameworks to firm fit — everything you need to land a tech consulting role.
Structure any tech case with frameworks that actually map to the problem.
Firms
Know the firm you're targeting, know how they think. Each card below tells you what they're actively doing in tech right now.
McKinsey's tech arm, QuantumBlack, is one of the world's largest applied AI practices. They're leading enterprise AI adoption, building proprietary tools like Lilli, and running major cloud transformation programmes across Fortune 500 clients.
Bain's Vector AI practice helps companies build AI strategies from the ground up. They're heavily involved in tech due diligence for private equity, evaluating software assets, and advising on tech-enabled operating model transformations.
BCG X is their tech build and design unit — they don't just advise, they build software products with clients. Currently focused on generative AI deployment, data platform modernisation, and creating digital businesses inside large enterprises.
EY launched EY.ai — a unified AI platform powering all their service lines. They're winning large managed services contracts, handling IT infrastructure for governments and banks, and leading cybersecurity and cloud migration engagements globally.
PwC built ChatPwC internally and is now rolling out AI tools for clients across finance, legal, and operations. Their tech practice focuses on cloud strategy, technology risk, ERP transformations, and AI governance frameworks.
Deloitte is one of the largest tech implementers in the world. Their AI Institute shapes enterprise AI policy while their delivery teams run massive government IT programmes, SAP S/4HANA migrations, and cyber transformation projects.
Accenture is the world's largest technology consultancy by headcount. Their generative AI practice, cloud-first migrations, and industry platforms run transformation programmes across virtually every sector — pairing strategy with the delivery muscle to execute it globally.
Kearney is known for operations-led strategy — supply chain, procurement, and cost transformation grounded in hard numbers. Their digital practice focuses on operational analytics, procurement automation, and turning tech investment into measurable margin.
About
I went through a lot of tech case study interviews — and every single time, I felt completely lost. Not because I wasn't prepared, but because I couldn't find the right place to prepare.
Every platform I found was built around strategy consulting — McKinsey-style market sizing, BCG frameworks, Bain profitability trees. Useful, but not what I needed. Tech case studies are a different beast: build-vs-buy decisions, product divestiture, IT cost optimization, digital transformation roadmaps. There was nowhere to practice them properly.
So I built Tech Case Hub. One place where you can practice the cases that actually come up in tech consulting interviews — with an AI interviewer that doesn't let you hand-wave your way through.
If you've ever stared at a blank page wondering how to structure a tech case, this platform was made for you.
